In today's video I am making 3 different soups that are perfect for fall! I hope you enjoy these!

Cheesy Chicken Chowder Soup:
3 C. Chicken Broth
2 C. peeled, diced potatoes
1 C.diced carrots
1 C. diced celery
1/2 C. diced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt or powder ( I think I added some )
1/4 c. butter
1/2 C. flour
2 C. milk
2 C. Velveeta cheese
2 C. diced, cooked chicken
A little bit of bacon and green onion to add at the end
Bring the broth to a boil and then add potatoes, carrots and celery. Simmer until those are tender. Drain, but save the broth. In a saucepan, sauté onion in butter. blend well. Gradually stir in hot broth and milk. add salt and pepper & garlic seasoning. Cook until thickened. Then add the cheese and stir until melted.Then add everything together . Serve with bacon and green onion if you like. Enjoy!!

Creamy White Chicken Chili

1 lb chicken, diced
1 medium onion chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 T oil or butter
2 cans great northern beans, rinsed
1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
cayenne pepper optional
1 tsp oregano
sour cream and whipping cream will be added at the end
tortilla chips
mozzarella cheese

Sauté chicken, onion, and garlic in oil or butter. Add the rest of the ingredients to that and simmer for an hour. Remove from heat and serve with sour cream and whipping cream, crushed tortilla chips and cheese. yum!!

Chili Soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup flour
1 qt. tomato juice
1/2 pint water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 ketchup
1 can kidney beans
1/4 tsp chili powder.
brown ground beef with onion. Then add flour to thicken. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
serve taco style or with crackers!
