Very tough dry stubborn ear wax removal from a patient in clinic.

This patient attended our ear wax removal clinic complaining of reduced hearing and discomfort in his ears.

On examination both ear canals were completely blocked with dry hard ear wax. Due to the hardness of the ear wax we were unable to remove it with microscution.

Using various tools were were able to slowly break down the ear wax and carry out a successful ear wax removal in both ears. The patient was very relieved following his ear wax removal and felt not only could he hear better in both ears but no longer experienced any discomfort.
