After lots and lots of research on the TOP THING TO DO IN PHUKET 2019 we found this Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket the name is 'Green Elephant Sanctuary Park Phuket'. There are many places you can see elephants in Thailand, but we was on the lookout for the most loving and ethical; after visiting this sanctuary roughly 18 months ago it was a no brainer that we would return for a 2nd time it was a beautiful experience that we will never forget!

Before you visit Phuket in 2019 or anywhere in Thailand please do your research about ethical treatment of Elephants and go to a camp or sanctuary - please DON'T RIDE the elephants! Riding of them is terrible for them and theres some really bad procedures used on baby elephants to make them subservient and broken, At green park they explain this procedure and its horrible, they also show where the elephants are cared for, NO CHAINS OR WHIPS OR HOOKS just pure LOVE!!
