How to Make Creamcheese|Homemade Creamcheese using Powdered Full Cream Milk|2 Simple Ingredient
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup drinking/distilled water
- 6 tbsp/scoops powdered FULL CREAM MILK (it has to be full cream/full fat milk)
- 2 tbsp white vinegar/ 3tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Procedure:
- In a pot, dissolve full cream powdered milk into water
- Turn stove on lowest fire and place the mixture
- Keep stirring until milk is warm, don’t bring to boil
- Add vinegar/lemon juice
- Continue stirring until milk curdled
- Turn of heat and transfer mixture into a bowl with a strainer and cheesecloth/clean cotton fabric
- Let it cool
- Blend it
- When it is too dry, add 1-2 tbsp of liquid from the separated mixture (don’t put too much)
- Blend again until smooth
- Then add 1/4 tsp salt, then blend again
- Transfer creamcheese in a clean container
- Store in the fridge if you will not use it yet, it will last a week :)
