We show you how to cook a one pot meal "backcountry" style. Really we were just off the side of the road, wild camping on the Westcoast of New Zealand. We promise, it's real simple folks!

Ingredients:
-2 noodle packets of your choosing (use only one flavor pouch, save the other for another day, perhaps for a potato curry dish?)
-Veggies (broccoli and some parsnip or whatevs you want to carry)
-2 eggs
-Butter
-Water
-Cheese

*Get creative and add coconut milk, peanut butter, nuts, raisins, apples, etc!*
