All the places and creatures we saw on our quick trip to Yellowstone!

Back in the summer of 2019, we spent 3 days in Yellowstone National Park. It was our first time there and we wanted to check out as many cool spots as possible (as per usual). We had a campervan and stayed at Bridge Bay Campground by Yellowstone Lake, which was a great, central basecamp, so we could drive less and see more! 👀

We were able to visit plenty of the must-see locations, like the:
- Yellowstone Lake
- The Grand Canyon of Yellowstone
- Old Faithful Geyser
- West Thumb Geyser Basin
- Grand Prismatic Spring
- Mystic Falls Trail
- Fairy Falls Trail
- Mammoth Hot Springs
- Lamar Valley
- Hayden Valley
- Calcite Springs Overlook

We really wanted to hike Mount Washburn, but got caught in an unexpected snow storm the day we had planned to, so we switched gears and hiked a more “hidden-gem” trail, Bunsen Peak 🏔️And of course, can’t forget to mention all the wildlife we encountered🐻🦌…from deer, pronghorn and sheep, to bison and bears, and many birds, Yellowstone is of those places that offers so much variety of things to see and do. We definitely want to return another time.
