Completed orders being redirected to Home screen?! = NO OFFERS! #SparkDriverHelp

Twice today this happened to me. Orders completed, including photo submission and rate the experience. Next offer round I wasn't getting any offers, but same with next round [15 after the hour every hour here]. Logged out, logged back in- and the 'completed' order[s] were still "In Progress" on the Home screen?!

Called driver support and they cleared the order[s] but already missed out on multiple offers, possibly. Thankfully, dropoff times [actual] still matched up so my metrics won't be affected but considering the multiple updates recently - I figured we'd be in for some major upgrades, not downgrades!

Let me know if you've experienced this too, support isn't great about answering direct questions so unsure whether this is an issue everywhere or not.
