Split install.wim :

dism /Split-Image /ImageFile:"path\install.wim" /SWMFile:"path\install.swm" /FileSize:3800

for example : dism /Split-Image /ImageFile:"F:\sources\install.wim" /SWMFile:"W:\sources\install.swm" /FileSize:3800

with install.wim being the original file and install.swm being the file created after splitting install.wim
