Its content taboo: chicken being handled with no gloves, the reckless use of paper towels, dry brining in the fridge for three days before roasting. Naughty. Actually, this clip was made prior to the current shift in our landscape. How this health crisis shapes the way we share recipes and our love of food presently and in the future is in debate; albeit a fervent one amongst those of us who love what we do.
