Tapa de Asado: Wagyu Brisket Argentine Asado Style Over Wood on the Ñuke Delta Grill

I was sent a grass fed Wagyu Brisket by a subscriber. It came from Pasture Prime Family Farm. It was a small brisket and I decided to cook it Gaucho style. The Argentinian Asado way direct over burning embers from real wood. This was my first time trying this method of brisket cooking. I watched a few videos prior to this cook.
