US, China Agree in Principle on Biden-Xi Meeting
US and Chinese officials have agreed in principle on a meeting between Presidents Joe Biden and Xi Jinping during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in San Francisco in November, according to an American official, but there is no official announcement so far. And Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said the road to the expected meeting will not be smooth. Stephen Engle reports on Bloomberg Television.
