Every card in Throne of Etherwyn has three levels. Each level unlocks a more powerful effect. To reach them, your cards need prestige.

In this episode of Diary of a Designer, I walk through the full prestige system: how cards gain it, how you spend it directly from your personal reserve, why the timing matters, and what happens when cards keep levelling beyond the third tier.

Including one of his favourite cards in the entire game, the Infernal Cathedral, which lets you convert prestige directly into influence to pay for other cards.
