Them - Here Comes The Night -1965

Long before the North Irish singer and songwriter Van Morrison became "Sir", he was the front singer of rock group "Them". Founded in Belfast at 1964, they had a few hits like "Baby Please Don't Go" and "Here Come The Night" in 1965.

Though Van Morrison is a songwriter, "Here Comes The Night" was written by Bert Berns.
Before Van Morrison started his solo carrier in 1966, he had with Them a big hit 1965 with "Here Comes The Night", with #2 in UK and Ireland, #24 in the Billboard Hot100.
