In Uttar Pradesh, 7,500 cowsheds are being reimagined as Panchgavya clusters — hubs of organic farming, cow-based entrepreneurship and rural employment. Local teams will turn milk, ghee, cow dung and urine into bio-fertilisers, organic pesticides, soaps and incense, creating a circular village economy that supports farmers and women-led Self Help Groups.

Each cluster is run by a 40‑member youth team responsible for production, quality and local marketing. This model promises self‑employment for nearly 3 lakh youths, formalising cow-based industries and lowering input costs through natural farming practices.
