Indore has some of the best street food in India — and this 50 year old faluda shop at Rani Pura is proof. Rehan Faluda has been serving one of the best falooda drinks in Indore for over half a century, and the taste speaks for itself.
What makes faluda special is that it’s a stratified drink — served in layers of rose syrup, milk, sabja seeds, vermicelli and ice cream. You have to stir it well before the first sip to bring all those layers together. Pure summer in a glass. 🌹
