Now, lessons learned after $25K Job ad spend:

1. where to post your ads. Okay so I’m in general labor, mainly this means warehouse people with the occasional administrative role or production worker. My go-to’s are Craigslist and Indeed.

2. How to design a compelling ad title and graphic (highly important to get click throughs)
3. Proper ad copy - Keep it clean, keep it organized, write it up so a 5th grader can read it
4. WHEN to post ads. Logic tells us weekends are when people search for jobs, do the math.
5. It takes money to make money, a $45 craigslist ad makes you a $4,000 fee, (rinse/repeat)
