FingerPlay - Idea Pitch Trailer - Internet-based business models - TU-Darmstadt

This is a pitch trailer for a fictive business model. The clip was created during the course "Internet-based business models" at the Technische Universität Darmstadt (TU-Darmstadt) back in the summer term of 2014.

FingerPlay was meant to be an online learning portal for future musicians. This portal should provide an automated and interactive software system to guide you through lessons while listening to and analyzing your play. The other option was available in a social network where a teacher could offer one-to-one learning sessions.

This trailer pitches the idea of the automated teaching part.
It was entirely produced by myself, including idea, script, and direction. I cut this trailer in Final Cut Pro X and did all Motion 5, including the FingerPlay laptop display overlay and logo wall overlay.

Btw.: Joachim Loge played the flute. :-D I have really no clue how to get a single correct sound out of it. :-P
