How to paint an eye of an owl Rock Painting tutorial

Here in this video I show you how I paint an eye of an owl. This is not a real rock it is a curved wooden button.

Owls, members of the order Strigiformes, are fascinating birds found on every continent except Antarctica. With approximately 200 species, these nocturnal creatures have evolved numerous adaptations to thrive in their nighttime activities.

In German, owls are known as both “Eule” and “Kauz.” Interestingly, this distinction doesn’t exist in most other European languages. Large, forward-facing eyes with a shortened retina and a convex lens allow them to perceive objects and prey in three dimensions (binocular vision).
While their eyes remain fixed, owls can rotate their heads up to 270 degrees, significantly expanding their field of view.
