-Deaths Harp lost 50% crit multi so we lost a bit of dmg there but nothing build breaking.

-Tempered mind jewel got reworked so we now use the reworked transcendent spirit thus we gained more accuracy and dex making gearing easier but we lost 3% movespeed :( (allocated fangs of the viper to offset the 8% reduction in movement speed from jewel )

-Assassin gained 5% more dmg when only one rare or unique enemy is near but lost 5% attack and cast speed from Elusive nerf (its a mehhh)
