MAX EFFORT TRAINING: High Pronation vs. Low Pronation Attachment

Comparison of High Pronation vs. Low Pronation Attachment on the same vector and type of pull. Both exercises were performed from a dead stop (deadlift) with 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 70kg & 80kg and forced eccentrics with 90kg. Unfortunately, the deadlift part of the low attachment pronation was not filmed. Even though the low attachment is mechanically more efficient as the belt is lower on your wrist, you actually use less muscles, so that is why the weight used was very similar on both attachments.
