Frank Dux's Hall of Fame goes under, but was that the intent all along?

A quick rundown of how Frank Dux was supposed to have had a hall of fame event this weekend. The tickets were non-refundable, and it looks like they quietly cancelled AND YET did not make any announcement nor stop selling tickets. Now we are wondering if the intent from the start was to never actually go through with things. Aside from this video, the following blog actually tells the tale pretty well and probably will update as we get more information.
