Structural consequence of deploying an autonomous system whose reasoning cannot be reconstructed #ai

The most consequential decisions in global security are now being made by AI systems that no legal framework was designed to govern. Who is liable when they fail? Who is responsible when they escalate? This channel exists because those questions are not being answered anywhere else.
It is also deliberately being targeted and suppressed — one person, both my YouTube channels @TheAILaw and @IHearHer every time a video rises. Your presence here is the only real counter to that.

The intersection of AI explainability — a technical architecture problem — with the IHL mental element requirement is almost entirely undiscussed outside specialist academic literature. Framing "black box AI" as a structural IHL impossibility, not a compliance risk, is a genuinely original legal argument.
