🔢 Here’s your Day 5 plan:
1️⃣ Silence Your Top Notification, No Scrolling 1 Hour Before & After Bed ✨💤
Go to ⚙️ Settings → Notifications → Turn off the app that distracts you most. Give your brain room to breathe!
2️⃣ Move with Awareness
👣 Hit 7,500 steps — and do it without distractions (no music, no podcast). Just your senses: sights, smells, sounds. 🌲🌸👂
🌿 Bonus: Do a full body self-massage (don’t skip your scalp, ears, or feet!)
3️⃣ Meatless Day 🌱
Try a day without meat 🥦. Stick with fruit, veggies, grains. See how your energy shifts. 🍊
4️⃣ Outdoor Cleanup
🌎 Pick up 3+ pieces of trash from outside your home, yard, garage, or street. Make the world a cleaner place
5️⃣ Write a Letter to Your Parent(s)
✍️ A private, powerful healing letter. Let the emotions flow — forgiveness, pain, reflection. They never need to read it. This is for YOU. ❤️🔥
