I Turned Fallout 4 Into a RANDOMIZED Legendary Apocalypse...Here's What Happened (Full Run)

Fallout 4 is a game that I have over 100 hours in but have only ever finished it once. Now lets do it for a second time with every enemy overleveled and overpowered and give them access to any and all pieces of equipment with a loot and equipment randomizer... Why do I do this to myself?

Rules?
No Power Armor
No Companions (that aren't forced sections like Nick and Dogmeat)
No buying weapons or armor from vendors
