24:57 The monster should not move. There was no investigator within reach. So only the second part of monster movement should happen

28:05 When the App or card doesn't specify, the Horror or Damage that a player gets is always Face-Up... So this Horror should have been dealt face up and do what it said on that card.
Also, If multiple investigators have to make a horror check for the same monster in a round, you only generate one check in the app and apply it to all of them.
This goof will be repeated, no more notes will be made
