This Old Crack House - Part 1 "That's Not Good"

I bought a home from a County Tax Auction sight unseen, with people currently living in it. After having the previous owner evicted from the property I begin my examination of the home. Unfortunately the previous owners / tenants destroyed the home in retaliation. Basement repair, large amounts of trash from hoarding, and intentional water damage are a few of the strange things I see in the home. Can I repair it, flip it, sell it? Or am I stuck with this DIY project?
