-10 eggs
-2 cups of spinach
-1 cup of cheese (your choice
-1/2 cup of milk
-3/4 cup of onion
-3/4 cup of red pepper
-1 tsp of salt and garlic powder
-1/2 tsp of pepper
-1 roll of breakfast sausage
-10 oz bag of frozen hash browns
