The A-spot is short for the anterior fornix erogenous zone - a pressure point surrounding the cervix, about two-inches deeper than the G-spot, that can be pleasurable to touch.

The nipple has hundreds of nerve endings making them extremely sensitive to touch or pressure, especially during a woman’s menstruation cycle. There is actually a neurological basis for why nipplegasms are so common. Within the sensory cortex, the section of the cerebral cortex responsible for receiving and interpreting sensory information from different parts of the body, genitals and nipples are physically beside each other.

The anal orgasm is the result of sexual stimulation of the nerves in and around the pelvic floor muscle, the anus and the posterior wall of the vagina - all of which are packed with nerves. Most notably the pudendal nerve in cisgender women, which connects to the clitoris, can be stimulated through the anus. So when stimulated with care, anal play can result in pleasure for the entire pelvic floor region

The G-spot is located about two inches inside of the vaginal canal and towards the belly button, you can try locating the G-spot by feeling around for a ridged texture on the anterior wall (pressing towards the belly button). This texture is similar to the ridges on the roof of your mouth!

Squirting refers to fluid that is expelled...or squirted…from the urethral opening during sexual stimulation. Not all people with vaginas can or want to squirt but if you do - try beginning with clitoral stimulation to help build fluid and swelling, then add in G-spot for that final intense release. Applying pressure above the mons pubis can help and so can using your pelvic muscles to bear down when you feel the sensation coming on.

The clitoris is basically made up of: the glans, the clitoral body, the paired crura and vestibular bulbs. The glans clitoris is the name of the external part of the clitoris—the part that most people call the “clitoris.” The clitoral body projects upwards into your pelvis, and attaches via ligaments to your pubic bone. Like a wishbone, the body splits in half and this forms the paired crura aka the legs of the clitoris. The vestibular bulbs are inside of the paired crura and both of these parts contain erectile tissue that swells with blood during sexual arousal.

A blended orgasm is achieved through the stimulation of multiple erogenous zones at the same time.
