Grumman Nosewheel Issue

The AA5 requires "Belleville" cupped washers in the nose strut to keep the correct tension, which keeps the nosewheel fairing from turning in the propwash after liftoff. That effects trim and yaw in my plane. The correct tension on the nose tire axelrod nuts ensures proper pressure on the tapered wheel bearings, so the tire will more quickly decelerate, and won't freely spin after liftoff.
