Congratulations - The 50th Anniversary Eurovision Special: Opening Sequence

In 2005 the EBU with the cooperation of Danmarks Radio held an extravaganze in Copenhagen's Forum to celebrate 50 years of the Eurovision Song Contest. Hosted by Katrina Leskanich (of 'Katrina & The Waves') and Renārs Kaupers (of Latvian band 'Brainstorm') the event featured a popular vote for the greatest Eurovision song of all time (from 14 candidates), performances by past winners or celebrated acts and video clips from the ESC's history. This is the opening of the show including a montage of some winners from past Eurovsions and details of the vote for the most popular Eurovision song of the first 50 years.
