PXE-100 Velocity Fryer Drain Valve and Actuator Replacement

In today's video I will go over how to replace a Henny Penny Drain valve and Actuator. Fair warning, you will have to crawl under the fryer to do this job! I will show you how to access the Tech Mode to test the drain valve to determine if the actuator is bad or controller, and then show yo the steps to replace the valve and actuator. This fryer didn't need the drain valve but i do explain the steps to replace it.
