Freediving for Scallops and Lobster in SoCal

Today, we take advantage of a brief window between winter storms to get out in the water. Krousey explores different ledges and teaches you how to find your own scallops, as well as chases sea urchin, and lobster. Afterwards, we head off to a beach cookout to make Poached Lobster with Uni Butter, Seared Scallops, and Seaweed Salad.
