Hey guys, so today I am bringing you a video talking about SO many different things! The PUR x RBK restock announcement which starts tomorrow morning (so sorry for the late video, I have been SUPER busy this week with the launch that happened and all of the issues surrounding it, with the posts on social media and replying to everyone who had issues and we also had our 20 week ultrasound too, so its been hectic to say the least.)
PRESALE is set for SATURDAY, JULY 18th from 12:00 NOON PST UNTIL MONDAY, JULY 20th at 11:59PM PST

All orders placed during the presale will start shipping between August 31st, 2020 and September 17th, 2020.
Because of all of the issues from launch day, they switched partners to Shopify to have a better and quicker shopping experience.

INFORMATION ON RESTOCK:
We are very excited to announce details about the PURXRAWBEAUTYKRISTI restock!

The restock will go live as a PRESALE at 12pm PST on Saturday, July 18th and will end promptly at 11:59pm PST on Monday, July 20th. While we would love to have everyone purchase the collection, inventory is limited and the sale will end once all stock is sold. Should we sell out before the last day of the presale, we will make an announcement both on social and on the newly created website: purxrawbeautykristi.com.

While it’s no secret that we had a much larger than anticipated response to the collection on our launch date, and that our original site could not handle the traffic, we have since resolved this matter and are very excited to have partnered with Shopify! We are confident that the new site can and will support you during the restock.

We know first impressions are so important, and we want to express our sincere apologies again to Kristi and all her fans for not giving you the best experience on launch day. We would like to let you know that this learning has allowed this small Indie brand to improve and grow. We are confident we will make you all proud during the restock!

For anyone still waiting on a reply from our Customer Service Team, we thank you for your patience. We have expended our customer service team to answer the thousands of emails, phone calls, and messages on social, and they will be getting back to each and every message.
