The equipment for the production of dry ricotta cheese balls of one kilo, generally consists from the linear pressure press with 96 pressure positions and micro-perforated molds for proper draining and pressing of the cheese. The result for each independent ball is the right structure and uniform round shape, which we guarantee that we absolutely prevent the “cactus effect”.

Production process of ricotta starts on Conical bottom cheese vats and a draining belt until the delivery on molds which are micro perforated for better drainage and they are making ball shape of about 1kg for fresh or dry ricotta.
The cheese press has individual adjustable pressure pistons for separate pressing of each mold. The operation is easy by choosing program and pressing the start button.
The press wagon is based on wheels for easy moving and comes with a whey output.
