I broke my windshield on my Seaswirl 135hp volvo penta engine boat. I replaced it with plexiglas. That was the cheapest. Be aware that plexiglas can crack if you cut or bend it to much. But compared to polycarbonat it dosent scratch. Polycarbonat does scratch, but is much more flexible and you can bend and cut with out breaking it! But it is more expensive to.

I had not tried it before so this was a experience that i learned from.
