16:01 Yo Alex I've been doing a standing OHP focused routine for a few months with intensity on Mondays and volume on Thursdays, I added Z Pressing into the routine and while my Z Press max has consistently increased to a current max of 185, my standing OHP max has stayed the same at 245. I've been doing tons of back work with face pulls every day as a finisher but is there another exercise or strategy I may have missed that might get me over this plateau?
