For this tutorial we will be using the WordPress Database Reset plugin found here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/
Before resetting your content, we would recommend creating a backup for safety. With the plugin installed and activated, you would go under Tools, Database Reset to choose what tables to reset. You can select specific tables to reset or the plugin gives the option to select all tables.
You can decide to reactivate your plugins and theme or not depending on your preference. With that selected, you will add the security code and press submit. The plugin will give you a final warning and as soon as you hit the Okay button it will begin the process of removing your content.
