Peanut butter is one of those foods I was always told couldn't be freeze dried due to its high fat content... but some smart people figured out a genius hack to make it actually work! Plus you get my favorite peanut butter snack recipe!

PB Protein Bites:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whey protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup natural peanut butter
3 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2-4 tbsp liquid (milk, almond milk, water)
Mix all ingredients, form into balls, refrigerate 2 hours, enjoy!
