Flaky matcha cranberry bars

💖To make (for a square mould size of 6*6 inch)
*softened butter 40g
*sugar powder 35g
*egg yolk 1pc
*cooking oil (I use corn oil) 30g
*cake flour 160g
*matcha powder 4g
*milk powder 10g
*chopped dried cranberries 35g
🍬For the glaze: sugar powder 40g+ egg white 15g+ cocoa powder 3g
🔥Bake for 25 minutes at 150C
 
🧊Chill the biscuit base overnight to make it firmer before cutting it into bars (this is an optional step that can be skipped)
