In this video, you'll discover the incredible beauty of Anantara Kihavah's house reef for an amazing snorkeling tour. So far, Anantara Kihavah offers the best house reef for snorkeling among all the many resorts we had the chance to visit.

Only Milaidhoo and Como Cocoa Island offered an experience that can get a little bit close to what we saw in Anantara Kihavah.

The house reef in Anantara Kihavah, Baa Atoll, is extremely big as it literally covers all the surroundings of the island. You can quite easily do a full tour around the island which would take between 90 to 150 minutes depending on how fast you're going.

What makes Anantara Kihavah our favorite house reef for snorkeling is the mix of a very healthy coral life + excellent fish life. Only small disappointment was the lack of big stuff like sharks or rays. We did saw some, even though I did not have my camera these days.

For information, all the images you'll see have been recorded in just 4 or 5 snorkeling trips of around 1 to 2h each. 98% of the reef has been covered, leaving only around 2% where we did not go.

Overall, the house reef at Anantara Kihavah is really excellent and we highly recommend it for you in case you're interested in doing snorkeling in the Maldives in 2022.
