Timeless Jewels were added in patch 3.7 and until 3.18 they couldn't be modelled in Path of Building at all. That all changed in the last week.

Some absolute legend has cracked the code on how these worked. It will soon be possible to see BEFORE trading for one of these jewels what it will do for your character.

As always happens the POE community has some amazing tools out already.
