My biggest (self-imposed) challenge yet: a full year of refrain. I'm a relatively new beauty product fiend, constantly purchasing what excites me with much abandon. It's taken me a year of reflection to recognize my destructive habit that was stress-induced and harmful to not only my finances, but my happiness, and mother earth.
