Warnings for heavy rain and flash floods
Parts of New South Wales and Queensland are on flood alert as heavy rain drenches both states.
In place are 18 flood watches and three flood warnings with up to 120 millimetres is expected in the next 24 hours.
Sky News Australia discussed the issue with NSW State Emergency Service Assistant Commissioner Dean Storey.
