Are Dolls, Stuffed Animals, & Photos "GRAVEN IMAGES?"

Some people are afraid to own dolls, stuffed animals, duck decoys, etc., for fear of breaking the following commandment:

Exodus 20:4-6 “You do not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of that which is in the heavens above, or which is in the earth beneath, or which is in the waters under the earth."

Are owning (or making) those things REALLY breaking this commandment? Let's look into it.
