Here’s a simple and flavorful Dhaniya Pudina Chutney (Coriander Mint Chutney) recipe:

Ingredients:
• Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup (washed, roughly chopped)
• Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup (washed, roughly chopped)
• Green chilies – 1–2 (adjust to spice preference)
• Ginger – ½ inch piece
• Garlic – 1–2 cloves (optional)
• Lemon juice – 1–2 tsp (or use 1 tsp tamarind pulp)
• Roasted cumin seeds – ½ tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Water – 2–4 tbsp (adjust for consistency)
• Sugar – ½ tsp (optional, to balance flavors)

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or mixer jar.
2. Blend to a smooth paste, adding water little by little to reach desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust salt, lemon juice, or sugar as needed.
4. Serve fresh or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.

Tips:
• You can add a spoonful of yogurt to make it creamier.
• For a South Indian twist, you can add grated coconut
