Toastmasters Speech Evaluation Contest - 2021 - District 71 - Kyle Murtagh

In 2020 I became a Toastmasters District Evaluation Champion. This year I wanted to retain my title; unfortunately, I placed 2nd this year in the contest. However, my evaluation in this years final was far better than last years. In short, progress was made.
