THP Employee Receives Life-Saving Kidney from Coworker

After decades of battling chronic kidney disease, THP team member Susan Klinkoski says it was no surprise when she was told it was time to consider a transplant.

What she didn't expect, though, was finding a perfect match and willing donor just across the aisle at work.

The Health Plan team is proud to tell this inspiring story of two of our employees who exemplify compassion and camaraderie.

It is our hope that sharing this story will help others who may be faced with needing an organ transplant, and that it may inspire others to educate themselves on organ donation, chronic diseases and ways they can be of help to those in need.
