Breakfast:
Half an Avocado on toast
Banana/Strawberries/Grapes
Green/Black Tea
Sometimes Organic Oatmeal/Farina/Porridge
Water

Lunch:
Boiled Sweet Plantain (½ a Serving)
Yam (½ a serving)
Egg (Boiled)
Corn on the Cob (½ a a serving)
Water
Cantelope (Small slice)

Dinner:
Chicken/Fish (One serving)
Rice and beans (One serving)
Brocolli/Sweet Peas
(Sometimes Carrots/String Beans/ tossed salad)
Mango
Water

Snack:
Tortilla Chips sometimes/fruit (½ a serving)/ Plantain Chips
