Ingredients:
​​Cake:
• Wet Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1/4 c water
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla

• Dry Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp powdered milk ​
Meringue:
8 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 c sugar

Yema Filling:
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup all-purpose cream or heavy cream
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 can, 250 ml condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp butter
