Prepping for my first client after taking a year long break from nails #burnout #mentalhealth

As you guys know it’s been over a year since I’ve done nails full time, I was just suppose to be taking a month off and a month turned into over a year long break. I started doing nails when I was 14 years old and my only goal was to make more and more money and I did just that. But doing so meant that from the age 14 to 26 I ignored my physical and mental health, working my way into a burnout stage. Which means I went from loving nails to dreading having to do another client. I am slowly trying to work my way back to doing what I once loved but this time putting myself first no matter what.
